Where are my people?
Again we are in the midst of heart break and tragedy. Watching again more of our young sons killed at the hands of white officers. The same rhetoric begins…”let’s pray together, we need more jobs, better this and that.” We refuse to admit the truth; we have turned away from God’s truth. Sin and the influence of the devil on this present world causes man to hate his brother.
Saint Mathew 5:43-48, Jesus deals with us loving others. Ephesianstells us we are dealing with powers not of this world that takes weapons from God to overcome.
II Chroniclesaddresses us, the Saints, those who are called by his name. We have a responsibility to do our part in changing the influence of the enemy. Let us be obedient to the word of the Lord. Pray that God will change the hearts of mankind.
God Bless you
I know many of us have been up early in the morning, , especially as women with concerns pressing upon our mind and heart. Sometimes rolling over in the bed and the thought of Him (Christ Jesus) is on your mind and you talk to Him. Sometimes it's just "Thank You Jesus" or "I Love You Lord" maybe another sweet phrase praising him for another day he allowed you to see. Oh but how it blesses you when he talks to you, when he whispers in your ear and heart.
That's what the Lord did for me early morning as I walked toward the bathroom. He simply said I am the ONE that HEALS. You see, as my husband and I are walking through this season of illness and uncharted territory for us, it's awesome for the Lord to give you a booster shot of His Word. When you're walking by faith and holding on with all you have and know and then he speaks. I know the word and the God that heals but when he said I Am the ONE which separates him from anybody and everybody, my soul caught it.
If you are experiencing something in your body or apart of someone else who is, share that word with them. He is the ONE.
God Bless each of you, the apple of his eye.
The new year always bring with it new resolutions. There are so many changes we want to make that will make our lives better. The top of the list is usually diet, exercise, save more, spend less and the list goes on and on. The truth is that the resolutions usually have fallen by the wayside by the end of January.
Perhaps we begin on our journey with the wrong tools. We begin with great enthusiasm and the flame burns out quickly. Paul tells us real change comes by the renewing of the mind (Romans 12:2). If we begin with a change of mind, we change our life. The spirit of God is our boost that gives us the ability to reach our goal.
As we continue in this new year we don’t need resolutions we need a change of mind, heart and will. Let’s put effort into working on our mind set and I believe the results we want can be achieved. We can do all things through Christ that gives us the strength.
May the beauty of the Lord be upon you and establish your works.
God Bless you and I love you
